Faculty/Staff Parking Permit Online Sales

All Faculty/Staff permit sales for the 2025-2026 academic year begin Thursday, May 29th at 9:00 AM. Annual Permits are sold online only and mailed. No in-office pickup is available. Summary of Campus Changes:
· HUB Lot will include only 10 FS1 parking spaces. The remaining spaces will be metered parking. The ParkMobile app can be used to pay for parking.
· College Hill Lot will become an FS3 Non-Premium zone.
· The faculty/staff portion of the Chestnut Street North Lot will be zoned as FS5 Premium parking.
o No faculty/staff permits will be honored in the Commuter C2 Premium zone.
· Mimosa Lot will be rezoned as a Premium FS4 Lot.
· New license plate recognition software will be implemented for all Premium permit holders.
o The Premium zones are FS1, FS2, FS4 and FS5.
o Your vehicle license plate is used to identify and confirm your parking permission. Up to 3 vehicles can be registered on your Parking Account but only one vehicle is permitted to park on campus at any given time.
o PTS will provide 1 RFID sticker that can be placed on the front windshield if gated access is required, or back-in parking is preferred. Otherwise, your license plate must be visible from the driving lane. Additional stickers may be purchased for $5 from PTS.
Benefits eligible Faculty and Staff may choose to payroll deduct the cost of the permit if it is purchased by Wednesday, August 20st. Pre-ordered permits or RFID stickers will be mailed beginning in mid-July. Please allow enough time for processing and mailing to receive your permit before August 15th.
